My Account is the easy way to access online valuations on your M&G investments anytime, day or night.
What do I need to do?
You can register for My Account and access valuations on your M&G investments, view your transaction history or change your personal details, in just a few clicks.
Simply go to our new My Account website
When registering for My Account you will be asked to complete a few simple steps:
- Enter your personal details and M&G client reference (if you are having trouble locating this it can be found on your six-monthly postal statement from M&G)
Once we have verified your personal information, you will then be asked to:
- Submit the email address you would like us to use when we contact you. This needs to be unique to you, as once you have registered, it will become your username when you log in to your upgraded account in the future
- Enter the passcode that will be sent to this email address, to confirm your registration – remember not to close the registration window if you open up your email account on the same device as you may have to start the process from the beginning
- Finally, to complete your registration you will be asked to enter a new password and create your own set of security questions to help us identify you should you forget your log in details
Don’t forget to bookmark the My Account login page for your convenience – just hold down the 'Ctrl' key and press 'D'.
What happens next?
We will send both an email and a letter to you confirming your registration is complete and you can start accessing your investment valuations at your convenience.
