At Prudential Trustees, we are highly experienced bond and security trustees providing trustee and agency services for a wide range of public bond and institutional debt transactions. These cover monoline guaranteed debt, as well as for unwrapped debt facilities where we already provide the wider range of services that are required for non-monoline guaranteed debt.

With new capital market issuance increasingly focused on the unwrapped debt capital markets, we are extremely well placed to help issuers manage transactions. We can provide the credit management support previously provided by a monoline by performing a wider bond trustee role similar to that undertaken by a banking facility agent. This is a role we have been performing for transactions in the infrastructure and utilities sector for many years.
