Our experienced infrastructure debt team manages over £4.1bn* of infrastructure investments, having built up our portfolio of senior and junior debt over the last 20 years. We were an early lender to PFI and have long provided unwrapped debt in both the public and private markets.

We invest in and actively manage investments in a wide range of infrastructure sectors where we have invested fixed rate, index linked and floating rate debt often arranging transactions to meet bespoke investor and borrower requirements. The sectors we cover include:

Rail, roads and road networks, ports and airports
