Infracapital is a leading European infrastructure investor that invests in essential infrastructure businesses, seeking to provide investors long term value through investments in infrastructure assets which typically have stable cashflows and moderate capital growth. Infracapital, with over £1.3 billion funds under management, is part of M&G Investments, the asset management arm of Prudential plc, with £194 billion of funds under management (as at 31 December 2011). Infracapital builds upon Prudential's long history and experience in investing in infrastructure.

Infracapital has a significant portfolio of investments in transport, utility and renewable sectors and communication infrastructure. Infracapital manages over £900 million in investment commitments, of which over £800 million is invested or committed to be invested.

Communications	Alticiom, with a unique portfolio of 33 towers and masts, is the owner of the national broadcast & telecommunication infrastructure in the Netherlands.
Renewables	Infracapital Solar, a fully operational portfolio of six photovoltaic plants across four sites in Spain with an operating capacity of 36.5 MW.
Renewables	Zeyphr, one of the largest UK operational wind farm portfolios.
Transport	Associated British Ports, the UK’s largest and leading ports group, owning 21 ports handling over 20% of all UK sea bound trade.
Transport	Red Funnel, an essential passenger, vehicle and freight ferry services provider operating between the UK mainland and the Isle of Wight.
Utilities	Calvin Capital, a gas and electricity meter owner and operator for customers of British Gas and other large energy supplier customers in the North East and North West of England and North Wales.
Utilities	Kelda, the fifth largest regulated providers of water and sewerage services to residential and commercial customers in the UK.

The Infracapital team also focuses investments in PFI / PPP concessions, primarlily in the transport, health, accommodation and social sectors. Nearly all of the £225m in committed funds is invested in a portfolio of 20 operational PFI / PPP investments. M&G co-manages this investment portfolio.
