Our track record of successfully investing and managing over 90 project finance and infrastructure projects demonstrates we have the expertise to be an ideal partner to investors looking at direct investment or management of transactions in the infrastructure sector.
The nature of infrastructure investments means that transaction sizes can be prohibitive to investors looking to diversify their exposure to the sector. In many cases it is more attractive to reduce exposure by forming consortia or through syndication. We have the necessary experience to successfully co-invest in the project finance and infrastructure market place across debt, mezzanine and equity products.
