Our products
Senior debt, equity & mezzanine investmentsSince the late 80’s our team has built up a substantial portfolio of over £3bn of senior debt investments in infrastructure companies and projects, including Private Finance Initiative (PFI) and Public Private Partnership (PPP) activity.
In the primary market we work closely with borrowers throughout the transaction process and provide commitments as and when required prior to financial close.
These senior debt investments fall broadly into the following categories of debt:
We are a major investor in both bonds and bank debt through the primary and secondary markets and within our team have significant skill and experience of credit analysis and monitoring. We also have experience of investing alongside bank funders with private placement or longer term debt transactions and also have the capability to perform agency and security trustee roles.
