‘My Account’ is designed to give you quick and easy online access to all your investments in one place. You can top up, switch or adjust your regular payments.

Managing your investment with M&G is quick and straightforward, with the choice to handle everything through ‘My Account', by phone or by post.

Manage your investment

To make the most of ‘My Account’, simply register online.

  • you'll need your M&G Client Reference to set up your 'My Account'
  • we'll give you your Internet ID number when you register
  • make a note of this number as you’ll need it to log in
  • we'll post your Personal Identification Number (PIN) within three working days
  • use your Internet ID and PIN to enter your M&G 'My Account'
  • you’ll be prompted to change your PIN the first time you log in
