Manage your investment

Access details of your existing investments and make additions or changes to them.

You can manage your investments with M&G through our online ‘My Account’ service, by calling us or by writing to us.

Answers to many common queries can be found in our frequently asked questions section, or you can manage your investments using the methods outlined below.

Manage online

Log in to ‘My Account’ for 24-hour access to your M&G account.

We use market-leading systems to ensure security, and registering to use this online service is quick, simple and costs nothing. 

With ‘My Account’ you can:

  • enjoy secure access to your account at your convenience
  • view instant account valuations
  • invest, or switch your existing investments
  • see details of all transactions made in the past six months
  • create portfolios and monitor the performance of investments with M&G, and other selected asset managers, in one place
  • change your personal and payment details

Register for 'My Account'

  • you'll need your M&G Client Reference to set up ‘My Account’ in future
  • we’ll give you your Internet ID number when you register
  • make a note of this number as you’ll need it to log in
  • we'll post your Personal Identification Number (PIN) within three working days
  • use your Internet ID and PIN to enter ‘My Account’
  • you’ll be prompted to change your PIN the first time you log in

Manage by phone

If you have a general query regarding your investment with M&G, you can call our Customer Relations team on 0800 390 390 from 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday, and 9.00am to 1.00pm on Saturday.

If you would like to make a further investment, change an existing instruction, or would like more detailed information on an M&G product or service, please call our Investment Helpline on 0800 389 8600 from 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday, and 9.00am to 1.00pm on Saturday.
