As an investor with M&G you have several options available to you to help keep you in full control of your investments with us. You can choose to;

Manage by phone

If you would like to make a further investment, change an existing instruction, withdraw your investment or would like more detailed information on an M&G product or service, please call our Investment Helpline on 0800 389 8600 from 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday, and 9.00am to 1.00pm on Saturday.

For your security and to improve the quality of our service we may record and monitor telephone calls. Existing customers will require their M&G client reference. Failure to provide this will affect your ability to transact with us.
