The Fund targets long-term capital appreciation and stable income growth through investment in high quality real estate in mature Asia Pacific markets. The primary target markets are Australia, Japan and South Korea and its principal target sectors are retail in Australia, residential, retail and logistics in Japan and retail and logistics in South Korea. The Portfolio Manager is focused on maintaining occupancy and extending duration to enhance income and capital growth potential of the existing portfolio in a low growth environment.
