The Fund offers institutional investors access to growing UK residential property sector (PRS), with a focus on generating income from purpose-built, professionally managed accommodation blocks.
The M&G UK Residential Property Fund (the ‘Fund’) is targeting a long term annual net return of 7-9%, with an annual 3-4% distribution yield.
To access sustainable and growing income streams derived from a research-based approach to the PRS, in areas with good transport networks, proximity to centres of strong economic activity and strong employment opportunities for the Fund’s target demographic.
To achieve this we either purchase standing investments or forward fund developments. Any new developments (whether forward funded or purchased) will be blocks specifically designed for the rental market. In both instances, our focus is on high quality assets with sustainable design features, and with management and operational costs taken into account. Our customers benefit from reduced utility bills and higher levels of service due to on site management; as a result the Fund benefits from higher levels of occupancy and reduced operating costs.
