There are three ways to invest in The M&G ISA – online, by phone or by post.

Lump sum payments can be made via a Switch/Maestro or Delta debit card.
The maximum you can invest in an ISA is £11,280 in the current tax year ending 5 April 2013. This can be comprised of up to £5,640 in a cash ISA, with the remainder in a stocks and shares ISA, or invested entirely in a stocks and shares ISA. M&G offers the stocks and shares ISA only.

You can set-up a monthly Direct Debit payment into your ISA.
Please note that each fund has a nominated share class and Sterling Class X shares are not available for investment by Direct Debit unless they are the nominated share class. Further information on nominated share classes is covered in the Important Information for Investors document.

If you have an ISA with another provider you can transfer this to M&G.
We carry out all of the paperwork for you free of charge, however your existing ISA Manager may make a charge for carrying out the transfer.
Please note your current provider may apply a charge when you transfer your investment. Whilst your investment is being transferred it will be out of the market for a short period of time and will not lose or gain in value.
Move or 'switch' between M&G ISA funds without losing your tax benefits if your current M&G fund no longer meets your needs.
Please note that we recommend you confirm any charges applicable to your switch and which day's price you will receive by calling our Customer Relations team on 0800 390 390 prior to making this transaction. We are open 8.00am to 6.00pm from Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 1.00pm on Saturday.
