How to invest

Once you’ve decided upon your M&G funds follow these simple steps.

Decide if you want to invest in the M&G ISA, or outside of an ISA via the M&G OEIC.

Before investing always remember to read and retain the Key Features (3 MB) as it contains all you need to know about your investment with M&G. Please note you will require Adobe Acrobat to view this pdf.
To obtain a paper copy of the Key Features, please contact us on 0800 390 390 (8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and from 9am to 1pm Saturday).*

Invest online

Step 1
When investing online you will need your:

National Insurance Number (if opening an M&G ISA for the first time).
Debit card details.
Bank account and sort code details (if you would like any income from your investment paid out to you).

Step 2
Register for your online account:

New to M&G and would like to invest now?

Already registered for ‘My Account’ and would like to invest now?

An existing M&G customer not yet registered for ‘My Account’?

You will need your M&G customer number to set-up your ‘My Account’.
During registration you will be given your Internet ID number.
You will need this when you log in to ‘My Account’ so please make a note of it.
We will post your Personal Identification Number (PIN) within 3 working days.
Use your Internet ID and PIN to enter your M&G account.

Simply download, print and complete the relevant application form and send it to us at the address on the application form.

Existing customers, please remember to quote your name, M&G client reference and sign any written communication to M&G. Failure to provide this may affect your ability to transact with us.
