We also support the revised Combined Code which contributes to effective corporate governance. Our policy is to make informed judgements as regards the appliance of the Code subject to the particular circumstances of the company concerned.
An active voting policy is an integral part of our investment policy. By exercising our votes we seek to both add value and to protect our interests as shareholders.
