Responsible for all post-trade activity where M&G acts as an Investment Manager, from settlement to the production of detailed financial reports. This includes:
The Information Systems department is responsible for the development, delivery, maintenance and support of critical applications that underpin the M&G business.

This team is responsible for working with the different business areas within M&G to define their requirements and formulate appropriate systems and process based solutions.
The Operational Risk Team work alongside line managers to identify things that could go wrong in Investment Operations and put checks in place to reduce the likelihood of that occurring.
Project Management Centre (PMC)
This team ensures that Group Operations programmes and projects are appropriately managed and executed successfully (according to time, cost and quality requirements) in accordance with business priorities and recognised best practice.
