
Customer relations’ focus is to provide all M&G customers with exceptional customer service. The Customer relations area is broadly grouped into the following teams:
- Call Centre – receives inbound calls from our client base.
- Telemarketing – With a focus on in-bound and out-bound sales. These sales can be generated from advertisements, mailings and leads from other areas of Customer Relations.
- Prince team – This group is tasked with providing customers with a dedicated point of contact.
- Correspondence – Responsible for responding to letters, emails and faxes received from our customers. They also provide support when a written confirmation is required following a telephone conversation.
- Planning and Change – This team ensure that we have the required operational capacity to achieve our service levels.
- Dealing - Responsible for providing a dedicated telephone dealing service supporting our customers.
