Our paid internship and placement schemes are designed to allow you to discover more about M&G and develop your industry knowledge. We prioritise students who are seeking a career at M&G and frequently offer positions on our graduate programmes to those who have already completed internships or placements. 

Internships at M&G

We require a minimum commitment of eight weeks but the exact duration is flexible around your needs and ours. If you perform well during your internship, you’ll not only leave with an excellent addition to your CV, you may also be offered a chance to fast track your application to one of our graduate schemes.

Placements at M&G

Work placements are run as part of a university “sandwich year” or industrial placement and are 12 months long.
