How to apply

Who should apply?

You will hold a minimum 2:1 or have an expectation thereof. You will also possess 280 (Group Operations Scheme – IS Technical, Analysis and Accountancy paths) or 340 (Investment Scheme and Business Management Scheme in Retail Distribution) UCAS points at 'A' Level (only best three 'A' Levels counted) or equivalent and grades A or B in GCSE level Math and English.

You’ll also need to be:

A self starter with a cool head under pressure, good communication and strong interpersonal skills.
Able to demonstrate sound judgement, lateral thinking and stand by a decision.
Able to display a strong team ethic and be able to influence others effectively.

If you meet the minimum criteria for the Investment Schemes, then please visit our graduate portal to view and apply for our current graduate scheme vacancies (applications are normally sought between September and March each year) or send your CV and covering letter to joinus@mandg.co.uk.

If you meet the minimum criteria for the Group Operations Scheme and the Business Management Scheme, then send your CV and covering letter to joinus@mandg.co.uk (applications are normally sought between April and June each year for Group Operations and between June and September for the Business Management Scheme).

The remainder of the application process will vary depending on the position for which you apply, but will contain most or all of the following steps:

Face to face interview
Assessment centre
