Who should apply?

To join us you will need to have strong academics and possess a 2.1 degree or equivalent. Relevant industry work experience or other evidence of an interest in investment management would be an advantage.

You’ll also need to be:

A self starter with a cool head under pressure, good communication and strong interpersonal skills.
Able to demonstrate sound judgement, lateral thinking and stand by a decision.
Able to display a strong team ethic and be able to influence others effectively.

Application Process

Throughout the assessment process we will be seeking a rounded picture of you as an individual.

The application process will vary depending on the position for which you apply, but will contain most or all of the following steps:

Application form.
Online ability testing.
Short telephone interview.
Face to face interview.
Assessment Centre.
