Who should apply?

To join us you will need to have strong academics and possess a 2.1 degree or equivalent. Relevant industry work experience or other evidence of an interest in investment management would be an advantage.

You’ll also need to be:

A self starter with a cool head under pressure, good communication and strong interpersonal skills.
Able to demonstrate sound judgement, lateral thinking and stand by a decision.
Able to display a strong team ethic and be able to influence others effectively.

If you meet the minimum criteria for the Investment Schemes, then please visit our graduate portal to view and apply for our current graduate scheme vacancies (applications are normally sought between September and April each year) or send your CV and covering letter to joinus@mandg.co.uk.

The remainder of the application process will vary depending on the position for which you apply, but will contain most or all of the following steps:
