How to invest with M&GOnce you’ve decided upon your M&G fund(s) follow these simple steps.
Decide if you want to invest with the M&G ISA, or outside of an ISA via the M&G OEIC.
• Before investing always remember to read and retain the Key Features (3 MB) as it contains all you need to know about your investment with M&G. Please note you will require Adobe Acrobat to view this pdf.
• To obtain a paper copy of the Key Features, please contact us on 0800 390 390 (8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and from 9am to 1pm Saturdays)*

Step 1
When investing online you will need your:
• National Insurance number (if opening an M&G ISA for the first time).
• Debit card details.
• Bank account and sort code details (if you would like any income from your investment paid out to you).
Step 2
Register for your online account:
New to M&G and would like to invest now?
Already registered for ‘My Account’ and would like to invest now?
An existing M&G customer not yet registered for ‘My Account’?
• You will need your M&G customer number to set-up your ‘My Account’.
• During registration you will be given your Internet ID number.
• You will need this when you log in to your ‘My Account’ so please make a note of it.
• We will post your Personal Identification Number (PIN) within 3 working days.
• Use your Internet ID and PIN to enter your M&G ‘My Account’.
