Prudential announces decision not to proceed with reattribution of its inherited estate

Prudential has been considering the reattribution of the inherited estate held in the With-Profits Sub-Fund (WPSF) of The Prudential Assurance Company Limited (PAC). Following an extensive investigation involving consultation with the nominated Policyholder Advocate, Peter Bloxham and the Financial Services Authority, Prudential has decided not to proceed with a reattribution of the inherited estate as they do not consider it to be in the best long-term interest of both their policyholders and shareholders.
