The Fund aims to maximise total return (the combination of income and growth of capital) through investment in companies around the world with innovative products, processes or services. These investments will include, but are not restricted to, those companies whose provision or use of technology gives them a strategic advantage in the market.
The Fund invests in companies that we believe, have the potential to enhance profits substantially through innovation over a three- to five-year period.
Cyrille Filott joined the M&G global equity team in September 2005. Cyrille is fund manager of the M&G Global Technology Fund and has responsibility for analysing companies from across the global investment spectrum, with a particular focus on innovative companies in growth areas.
Cyrille joined M&G from ING where he managed a global communication technology portfolio. Prior to that, he was a technology analyst at Robeco Asset Management in Rotterdam.
He graduated from the Erasmus University, Rotterdam, in 1998 with an MSc in business economics. He holds the RBA the Dutch equivalent of the CFA.
