M&G Recovery Investment Company Limited announces that at its General Meeting of Ordinary Shareholders and Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed and the results of the voting are as follows:

General Meeting of the holders of Ordinary Shares:

Extraordinary General Meeting:

1.To authorise:
(i) the reclassification of the Company’s Shares and to alter the Articles of Association of the Company;
(ii) the Scheme of Reconstruction of the Company and the appointment of the Liquidators to implement the Scheme when appointed; and
(iii) the voluntary winding-up of the Company on the Effective Date and the appointment of the Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.
