Unit Classes available in The M&G Unit Trust
There are currently four unit classes available for investment in a unit trust:
- Sterling Class A Units
Carry an initial charge (which is deducted from the amount you are investing) and no exit fee. If you buy this unit class online, you may be entitled to a discounted initial charge. - Sterling Class X Units
Do not carry an initial charge, but have an exit fee which reduces each year from the date of each investment and after five years there is no exit fee at all.
The table below shows the exit fees for Sterling Class X Units:

- Sterling Class S Units
Do not carry an initial charge or exit fee. - Sterling Class R Units
Carry an initial charge (which is deducted from the amount you are investing) and no exit fee.
