Unit Classes available There are four unit classes available for investment in a unit trust:
Sterling Class A Units - have an initial charge of 5% and a minimum initial investment size of £1,000.
Sterling Class X Units - no initial charge and an exit fee. The exit fee reduces depending on how long you hold the investment and after five years there is no exit fee at all. The minimum initial investment is £1,000.
Sterling Class S Units - no initial charge and no withdrawal fee and a minimum initial investment of £100,000.
Sterling Class R Units - an initial charge of 5% and a minimum initial investment of £100,000.
