How to invest in The M&G Unit Trust
Before investing always remember to read and retain the Key Features first (586 KB). You will require Adobe Acrobat to view this document. These Key Features cover everything you need to know about the Portfolio including fund details, charges, pricing and our transaction processes.
You may also wish to seek financial advice regarding the suitability of your investment.
If you would like to invest in the M&G Property Portfolio, you can:
- Make a lump sum payment initially from as little as £1,000 (or £100 top up) for Sterling Class A or Sterling Class X Units. The minimum investment limit for Sterling Class S and Sterling Class R Units is £100,000 (or £10,000 top up). Please note that a maximum transaction size of £30,000 applies to Sterling Class X Units, but this may be waived at our discretion.
- Move or ‘switch’ into or from an M&G OEIC fund if your current investment no longer meets your needs. Please note that we recommend that you confirm any charges applicable to your switch and which day's price you will receive by calling our Website Helpline or reading the relevant product key features prior to making this transaction.
- Order a share exchange information pack if you wish us to sell your existing share holdings and reinvest the proceeds into the M&G Property Portfolio.
When transacting online you will need your:
- National Insurance Number (if you’re switching into an M&G ISA);
- Switch/Maestro or Delta debit card; and
- Bank account and sort code (if you would like any income from your investment paid out to you).
